We went to a great "Santa's Workshop" at Wickham Park on Thursday. The kids got to talk with the head elf who put their names on the 'good' list. Then they got to visit with Santa, though Whitney was terrified. There were some elves 'making toys' and some others handing out hot chocolate and cookies. The kids thought it was great.
"I would like some Polly Pockets and a Live Cub. You can surprise me with the rest" 
"I would like some new tools and a working hat."
This is as close as Whitney would get to him....and she only did it for the apple. 
On Santa's sleigh 
"I guess meeting that scary guy was worth it...I got my apple"

How cute! I'll have to remember that for next year. We usually do bright nights but we missed it this year.
