Thanks to my sister, Megan, we have begun a new Christmastime tradition at the Singer home...making Gingerbread Christmas Countdown chains. The kids were so excited helping make the cookies, and continue to be excited each morning when they get to eat one. We made too many cookies so we ended up giving away several chains to friends. I'm sure next year we'll make even more so that we can give more away. They are awfully cute (and yummy).
