We had a non-traditional Valentines this year. It started with me making a pinata for preschool when we learned about Mexico. I thought, why make one when you can make two. So, I did.
Then we needed an excuse to use our pinata at home. Pinata='Valentine's Day candy holder' sounded like a perfect idea. We spent one evening getting it all dolled up.
Ta Da!!
After church on Valentine's Day we made our way to the garage to bust the pinata open. I actually have a lot of fun pictures but they all tend to emphasis our garage of 'stuff' rather than the pinata.
Whitney didn't want anything to do with it until it fell to the ground; then she took a few whacks!
The aftermath...pinata-headed children and candy....good times!
