We are part of a dinner group at church and a few weeks back, some friends in our group hosted a murder mystery dinner party. Talk about a lot of fun! The setting was a wedding reception so we had to dress the part---bridesmaid and groomsman. I would say this is the first time since we were dating that Matt and Ireally got dressed up 'fancy' to go out-and it was only PRETEND.
A cummerbund and tie? Aren't you impressed we have a friend who own not just one but a few of these? Aren't you also impressed that it was for this event that I learned it was 'cummerbund' and not 'cumberbun.' Am I the only confused one out there? I won't even begin to spill the beans on other more obvious things I've been confused about through the years. :)
Here are the gals...we look so happy but oh how mysterious and conniving and accusatory the night became. Drama as only females can portray. Lots of fun.

ooohhlala-so beautiful! Too fun! Kelli has told me about these dinner parties-maybe I need to move out that way, it sounds like tons of fun!
You guys look so good! It's so nice to get to dress up all fancy every once in awhile. I told my YW to make sure to enjoy it while they're single because once their married it won't really happen. I'm thinking Nate and I are going to have to find an excuse... it looks like fun.
