Watch out world, Whitney is 4!!!!!!!! The long awaited birthday has arrived.
She woke up to find a new bike in the living room--I don't think that grin left her face all day.
It was a dreary, rainy day so Whit improvised and rode her bike around the house all day. She was in heaven! 
Still ridin'.... 
It was a happy day and there were more presents in the evening. She is still loving it all. Our camera messed up that evening and we only got video of the blowing out candles. Then, on Friday, it was party time at the park with her buddies.

Her Dora Cake. After Andrew's Star Wars party, this girl talked 'star wars' for too long, so it was a relief when she changed gears and started talking Dora! Multiple friends dug out their cute Dora figurings so we had a big selection to choose from for the party, so nice!!
I love watching kids open presents and I love watching the watchers (friends) during the opening too...they get closer and closer and are so excited and proud of their present. So fun!
4 year olds are nice and low key. They just like to play with each other. We did a lot of park playing and ended with an Easter Egg Hunt. I was glad Whit had a happy day.And here is April 2011 Whitney in a nutshell: Favorite lunch: Crackers, cheese and pepperoni

Favorite person: Annie (favorite to play with, favorite to boss around, you get the idea)
Best Qualities: Great helper, kind sister, happy and easy going, funny funny FUNNY, stubborn (well, it's definitely a quality these days, hopefully it will pay off for her)
I love my Whitney girl and love that I got to help get that huge grin on her face so much her birthday week. It made the crazy week totally worth it.
